The California Civilian Oversight Alliance (“CCOA”) is comprised of civilian led offices, agencies, and departments across the state responsible for providing oversight for law enforcement agencies. The CCOA created this site to share training and resources, and to keep all alliance partners up to date on current issues, emerging legislation, and cutting-edge strategies.
WHAT WE DO
We host regular meetings with oversight agencies across the state to share developments in each agency, discuss policy updates, and problem solve challenges each agency faces.
